They're... Gone?!
(October 13th) Another quick gallery: this time, it's the Year Twelve Farewell and the Year Eleven Drama Production - even a touch of the dance! Have a peek...
I'm Eddie (in case you were wondering). I run this little joint. It's here to share photos with you - have a peek into my life, and the lives of the people around me.
The idea of putting this place together was pretty simple. I own a digital camera (it's a little hobby of mine). I also have friends (gasp!). When these friends get into my camera (and you're quite likely to be in there somewhere if you're reading this), they usually tend to want to have a look at the product - especially if I capture a moment that people like to remember (quite often, I like to imagine). So, instead of emailing images to everyone individually - I've tried it, and even with CCs (carbon copies), it's kind of inconvenient - I've decided to put those images that people want here on this site.
Speaking of the site, it was modelled on the James Ruse ISCF website, which I also manage (it's a work in progress); but since the site began, it's expanded in leaps and bounds, arriving at the site's current status, which I think looks quite a lot better.

*birds chirping* Wow...
(October 11th) I bet you didn't expect a new gallery so soon. In fact, most people haven't even seen the last one yet! But I've got hundreds of photos to get out the door, so let's get through these, shall we?
Zoom, Zoom, Zoom...
(October 8th) The holidays are running away, but the best is yet to come. Here's an update that's chock-a-block - fifty-five new shots!
*exhales* Holidays!
(September 29th) I thought I was out of the woods, but with the Year 11 Drama Production, I was wrong! But with all this (allegedly) free time, I've gotten this update done...
Now, in an attempt to create a freely-hosted website that didn't have an obscure name, the first incarnation of Eddie's Gallery was located at anyonegota.tripod.com. The site is still there, in fact, holding a lot of my old photos (bless those great guys at Lycos). But when I bought my tripod - early in September 2002 - that address became obsolete. I wasn't looking for a tripod anymore - I'd found one. And so, faithful to its corny roots, the new site has an equally terrible domain name. And that brings us almost completely up to speed.
Like I mentioned before, the site has grown a fair bit in recent times. For all the info on what is what and where is what on the site, click on the link at top right that says 'The Map'. If that link doesn't seem to be there, get to The Map by clicking here - once you're there, everything you need for the entire site is laid out in front of you.
I think that's everything. If you have any questions, complaints, requests, general banter or other stuff, drop me a line through email ( manifold@soon.com) or ICQ me ( #60979863)!
Enjoy,
- Ed
PS. Indeed, that is my camera on the left, and below it is my tripod. They aren't stock photos - I scanned my camera and I took a photo of my tripod myself. For the details on my camera, head to the excellent Digital Photography Review website.
